Julie Eddy was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota. She now resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota and continues to perform around the Midwest. Julie started performing at an early age and spent most of her teen years singing for anyone who would listen.
Eddy grew up listening to a wide range of artists and genres and takes influence from a variety of music styles. With lyrics written from a place of honesty and vulnerability, her inspiration for her original music comes from the everyday experiences she encounters as a friend, daughter, wife, and female in her mid-twenties.
Eddy has performed at numerous concert venues, fairs, and events including the Sioux Empire Fair in South Dakota. Some of her largest shows involve sharing the stage with award-winning artists including John King, Granger Smith, Brett Young, and Dan + Shay.
Eddy continues to travel between Minnesota and Nashville, Tennessee to write and create with hit songwriters, including Marty Dodson and Clay Mills of SongTown and Vibe City as she works on her next project, set to be released in 2020.
